Parliament finally adopted on Thursday, July 20, the emergency bill to facilitate reconstruction work after the recent urban violence, a text that Emmanuel Macron promised on July 4 to the affected mayors.

After a unanimous vote Tuesday in the right-dominated Senate, this text was approved unchanged in the Bourbon Palace by 260 votes in favor, 87 against and 59 abstentions, which deserves final approval.
