While the rebels still hope to form a joint list with their Nubian allies, the Europe Ecologie-les Verts (EELV) supports the idea of an independent candidacy. And the grand winner is Marie Toussaint. On Monday 10 July, activists from the Green Party named her leader for the 2024 European elections.
