Yacon & Co is the future of sugar-free food with something very simple, Yacon Syrup, the only 100% natural, healthy and delicious alternative to sugar. For this purpose, the startup founded by Clément Poyade is developing the first yacon industry in Europe with a dual project: to become Europe’s leading sugar-free food company and to supply all manufacturers with yacon syrup made in France to include in their recipes. In 2022, the company has raised 1 million euros. It is currently in discussions with Andros, Nutrition & Santé, Valrhona and ten other food industry leaders in France.
